How do you compress or zip a file?

Locate the file or folder that you want to zip. Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) send to, and then select compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.

How is the grade of work broken up or described?

Grade A (Auto-Feed): No staples or clips, requires no preparation, all single-sided & same size pages
Grade B (Light Duty): Few staples, some tabs, some slip-sheets, large sections of documents, all same sized, all two sided “A” work
Grade C (Medium Duty): Stapled/Clipped sections of 20-40 pages, Letter & Legal sized paper, May include tabs, folders and Post-It notes
Grade D (Heavy Duty): Stapled/Clipped sections of 2-20 pages, Mixed size, poor quality/contrast originals, Any “Pick-n-Choose” project
Grade E (Glasswork): 75%-100% of originals copied page-by-page, odd sized documents: checks, receipts, etc. Poor quality, poor contrast or fragile originals

How do I upload a file to Hightail?

Click on the upload link listed on the site. Then drag and drop all your files onto the Hightail Space that indicates “drag files here.” For faster upload, zip/compress the folder with the files first then upload

What are your hours of operation?

Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 8:30pm. For rush projects, additional staff is available before or after hours.

Are you open after hours?

Yes, on a per project basis, which also includes weekends.

How do I open an account?

To open a personal account, you will need to come in person and fill out a credit card form and provide all details for your account. To open a business account, we would need a business card with all account details. This can be emailed or done in person.

Are you flexible with special project requests?

Yes. For example, if you have a project that needs to be competed on Saturday at 6:00 am, we will coordinate with our team to make sure we get it done. Our customers deadlines are important to us and we have team members on call to assist mornings, nights and weekends. You will also be able to speak to someone by phone or email 24 hours a day.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we take American Express, Visa and MasterCard. The minimum charge is $10.00 for a credit card payment.

What is the estimated time of completion for projects?

The estimated time of completion on a job is based on the grade of work and the services you are getting. We will first need to review the project, get the specs and be able to provide you with an estimated time of completion. We pride ourselves on not only being fast, but efficient.
